Training: All the above strands of the company support our well regarded Train4Work Scheme now in its 7th year, employment readiness support that has demonstrated results, funded by the European Social Fund. & Big Lottery in conjunction with Local Partner Organisations. We support unemployed young people, disabled adults and older adults 50+ who have been made redundant. Employers tell us that the people they are looking to employ must have a range of practical skills that are flexible in the workplace, plus the necessary confidence to carry out their role. Our scheme incorporates all these requisites and more as we also assist with interview and application skills. Although we have some grant funding, we also take people who have a personal budget to help with employment skills.
